We launched our first online coaching product in 2016.

How secure is TheCUBE?

We take security very seriously. All data is held on AWS secure servers.

Can I add my own branding?

Yes! We know how important this is to you.

Can I add my own coaching content and resources?

Yes, you can add your own coaching content (videos and documents) in your Learning Resources area. You can charge your clients for your content or offer it free of charge.

Can I charge clients through TheCUBE?

Yes! You can link your account directly to your Stripe account, then charge your clients for access to programs and content.

Can I integrate this with my website?

Yes. You can have a link to a sign-up page or a widget embedded into your website. This allows your clients to sign straight into your secure community within TheCUBE.

Do my clients have access to a portal?

Yes. You can customize client permissions that provides you with the ability to restrict access to specific learning modules, processes, and features.

How many clients can I invite?

Coach 20 – you can invite up to 20 clients
Coach 50 – you can invite up to 50 clients
Coach plus 50 – unlimited

How does the pricing work?

TheCUBE is priced by the number of clients in your community.

Can I add coaches to my account?

Yes. Coach 50 & Coach 50 plus subscriptions allow you to add coaches to your account. This enables you to manage coaches, and for coaches to manage client sessions.

How long is the contract period?

If you select to pay monthly then you will be on a monthly contract. You can cancel at any time and your contract will be cancelled at the next monthly billing date.

Is there a free trial?

We have a 30-day money back policy so if you change your mind for any reason you can ask for a refund within 30 days of signing up. If you don’t find the answer to your question, please contact us.
